Companies that arrive at diligence already built the way you check.
Our graduates follow a clear funding route: SEIS and EIS angel money first, then revenue, then VCT. Each arrives with the Graduation Standard data room, so diligence starts with evidence rather than a rebuild.
Built around the UK tax schemes
Limits from April 2026. Investors should take their own advice.
| Step | Typical stage | Limits that matter | Investor relief |
|---|---|---|---|
| SEIS | At or soon after graduation | Up to £250,000 in total; gross assets up to £350,000; fewer than 25 staff; trade less than 3 years old | 50% income tax relief |
| EIS | First revenue and early growth | Up to £10m a year and £24m lifetime (£20m and £40m for knowledge intensive companies); gross assets up to £30m before issue | 30% income tax relief |
| VCT | Proven revenue | Same company limits as EIS | 20% income tax relief |
Kept below control
The studio holds between 5% and 15% of each founder venture, issued at delivery. Our combined holding stays well below the level that would give us control, because a venture controlled by another company cannot raise under SEIS, EIS or VCT.
We do not take a success fee on money raised. Founders and investors deal with each other directly, and we stay focused on the product and the evidence.
